Project Scope: Installing solar offgrid systems to power RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) operations across multiple locations.
System Details:
System 1: 3KVA offgrid RTU system with 0.83KWp solar array and 7.2KWhr energy storage (4 locations).
System 2: 5KVA offgrid RTU system with 1.66KWp solar array and 14.4KWhr energy storage (2 locations).
Overview:
Apex Power Concepts collaborated with Dubai Municipality to deploy cutting-edge solar off grid systems for RTU operations at six locations. The systems, tailored to specific energy needs, feature high-efficiency solar arrays and robust energy storage solutions to ensure uninterrupted performance.
The 3KVA systems power RTUs efficiently across four locations, while the 5KVA systems cater to the higher energy demands at two critical sites. These installations reduce reliance on the grid, lower operational costs, and support Dubai Municipality’s commitment to urban sustainability.
By integrating renewable energy into essential urban infrastructure, this project demonstrates how solar technology can enhance functionality while promoting environmental stewardship.
