Al Dima - Iraq, channel partners of Apex Power Concepts and distributors of DUSOL solar modules have successfully installed off grid power system for a private villa in Karbala, Iraq. The system uses 60 panels of DUSOL 260Wp along with MPP inverters, 10KW/3ph x 2 (in parallel). The system uses 57.6KWhr of battery bank in 48VDC system voltage. The project is the first off grid power plant developed by Al Dima. The structure installation posed some challenges due to roof being unavailable due to excessive cluttering. The structure was raised by 2m from the roof level to circumvent the shadowing problems.
